Tomorrows the day

we take the forms in. We will get our court day within two weeks. Just checking through our forms so a few Q's.

I am no longer working so my SOA is simple. I just put my personal figures down and write the same amount in what hubby 'gives' me. That right?
Also, the child benefit gets paid in my name and the tax credits in both. Do I split these or all of child benefit on mine and half of tax credits on both?

TIA

    Very well. Thanks.

Today was just the form handing in day. Our court day is the week after next. Everyone was really nice and patient - which was great as we had our 2 year running round with her brolly and trying to draw on the forms!

Today feels like the biggest hurdle. Doing the forms makes everthing seem real and almost dealt with. I'd left the forms til the last minute as I was feeling so overwhelmed, but once I'd started them they only took a couple of hours. I'm so glad that we've finally got to this point.

Thank you all for your help.
