NDF ADMINSTRATION in adminstration - HELP

We have just recived written notice that NDF Adminstration are in adminstration & 'Grant Thornton' & 'Martin Ellis' have taken over as joint adminstrators of the companies as of 14th October 2009.
Whilst there is a helpline number it is permanantely engaged & the website help is rather vague

We have been paying £130 a month for 7 years into this account to top-up our interst only mortgage (aargh!!!!).

Right now we need some advise as to how safe our money is - ie will we get it back even at the original investment amount? Should I now cancel my direct debit associated to this account? What steps I could take to protect our investment money.

Hope someone can direct me

Best wishes

You cant have a structured product with yours being a monthly plan. So, you should not be affected by the administration.

If yours is an insurance based investment or an unwrapped unit linked investment then you should have no problems. The administration has no impact on the value of these.

The guidence is to continue paying as benefits you are paying for would be lost if you stopped. If you used an IFA then they will have details they can give you as that is what I am reading from.
