Maternity mortgage holiday

Anyone ever taken a mortgage holiday whilst BR ? Does the all payment go straight to OR ?
also I am going to be receiving maternity allowance - will this be included in our income ?

Major changes to income will need to be reported to the OR within 21 days.
If you need a payment holiday then speak to the mortgage company as its down to them to agree it. Any excess income due to not paying mortgage I assume will be to supplement the lower income therefore the `net` position is unlikely to incur an IPA unless it give a big surplus . Still best to advise OR of any changes.
