Hi can anyone please help me!
A very good friend of mine lent me some money (£2.5K) cos I was in a desperate situation at the time. I've been meaning to pay him back - 13 months now - with my work bonus but this hasn't materialised as you can imagine cos of the downturn.
My company have promised me in writing, a guaranteed bonus of £5000 when we hit two consecutive months of profit which is now looking like March at the earliest. But my friend NEEDS this money now (and I could ask him to wait but it's been far too long and don't want to abuse his kindness).
My lines of credit with banks and other associations are completly exhausted and I'm really stuck. Is it possible do you think that there's a credit facility that will allow me to have access to £2.5K under the proviso that I have a guarantee from my emploeyers - it is formally written in writing.
Please advise.

I wouldn't expect so - not least because the offer of a bonus isn't guaranteed, it's conditional based on profit which is something you have no control over.0

Could you start paying your friend back a set amount per month? It's better than nothing.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
