For 12 years I have had a Company provided lease car. They have taken this away. Would I be in my rights to ask for re numeration for this.

I would assume it depends on whether in your contract you were provided with a car to do your job or whether the car was a 'perk' and part of your initial package when you joined?
Why have they taken your car? has your job changed so that you no longer need the car to do your job?Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -

Otherwise, you will have to run a car yourself like most do.0 -
The reason I have a car provided is that I am on 24hr standby rota0

Yes but do you actually need the car to do your job, does your job involve driving around during the working day?
Just being on a 24 standby rota does not in itself warrant the need for a company car?, lots of people do 'on call' like this and have to still find their own way into work.
If a car is needed to do your job then yes your company should provide a car, but if you work in the same place all the time, and driving is not considered part of your job then I don't see you have any right to a company carAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -
Make sure you get taken off company car tax!0

a - what is in your contract?
b - I don't want to be a pedant - but it is remuneration [not re numeration] so if you do ask, and it is in your contract; then make sure you are asking for the right thing.0
