OK, I haven't had my coffee yet, but on the competition link, the hint for the answer is:

Hint: It’s not “C” and it is actually 60% of our staff. Get the F1B abacus out! Bonus Question: Now, can you name them?

On your link ('about') it shows 7 people. So the answer can't be 2, as that would only be 28% of their staff, whereas 4 would be 57% (which is nearer the 60% they're asking for).

Now to find their names...

I'm googling like mad and not confirming anything 100%! They use pseudonyms, which makes it harder. I'm fairly sure Andrew Middlemore is one of them though. Have finally tracked down Laura Marieee (who is Laura Allard). Will top up my caffeine levels and update this post...

Laura Allard is a journalist (from HERE) - she did a fast track journalism course though, rather than a degree

I'm going to give up on this for a while. I'm sticking at the answer being 4, but not sure which 4. Agree on the two in the OP, it's just the other 2! Still fairly sure on Andrew Middlemore being one of them, but no proof yet. I think 'Grace' is Grace O'Neill (but may be wrong) from Facebook searching, but no luck on journalism training as yet. Having no luck with Negative Camber's real name, other than the given 'Todd'. I'll be back to this one, but anyone else, please feel free to give it a try!
