You can get to the beach from the camp theres a walk down the cliffs and is much nicer than beach in perranporth town.

Depending how far you want to drive, I would recommend:-

    Woodlands adventure park near Dartmouth,

    Clovelly, north of Bude

Camel Valley vineyard tour near Bodmin, think you need to phone in advance to book your places

Personally I would recommend Eden for a visit, was there last year to see Keane in concert.

There's usually banger racing near St columb over the bank holiday weekend and most other weekends.

    Crealy adventure park near Wadebridge.

Check out the Cornish Guardian and West Briton papers for vouchers. Papers are published once a week on Thursdays. Possibly also inside Western Morning News.
    Matched betting profits since 11/10/06 = £1,554

Oh my gosh, when did you go?? We went last summer with our 3-year-old and 6-year-old, it was the absolute highlight of our two week holiday, kids loved it and haven't stopped talking about it since, SO much to do, no a spot unplanted, certainly not barren (like it was when we first visited when it first opened).

I'd thoroughly recommend Eden. We're off to Cornwall for a few days at the end of this week and we're definitely going back.

Each to their own I guess!

Oh yeah, we love Lappa Valley too, it's got little steam trains, a boating lake, great play area, picnic places, easy to spend a day there.

If you fancy trying one of Cornwall's best gardens, we've tried them all and our fave is Trebah, it's so tropical, it's got a great area where you can walk underneath these huge gunnera plants (like rhubarb) and a big bamboo area called the Bamboozle, great for playing hide and seek (shout bamboozle when you find them!). There's a lovely beach at the bottom of the garden, and the BEST cafe/restaurant in the whole of Cornwall (IMHO!).

    Again, kids loved it.
