Hoping to have a trial run over the weekend of Nigella's Christmas Puddini Truffles and then make some for a party next week if they're ok.

I really really want to make some lovely christmas foodie treats for people, but am worried about shelf life of them.. what's good to make and how long will it last.. ie, short bread, fudge etc?
Thanks

I've mislaid the thread for the HM rocky road. It was only a few days ago I saw it, there were some pics as well. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.0
