Hi my ex partner has just informed me that csa have told him they are going to re calculate his payments (don't think that he told them the whole truth about his income) now he has indicated that the payments are likely to be more than £85 a week which with the first £20 not included comes to just over esa amounts so what will happen will I be signed off benefits and just classed as "low income" and what about housing and council tax benefit and free school meals worrying like mad (even though re calculation not been done yet)
Paul Walker , in my dreams;)
