Help required - credit file clean up

Hi, I'm busy trying to get dates, etc, changed on my credit file and i had a house that was repossessed and put on my bankrupcy papers. I today received the following letter:
I refer to your recent letter concerning your credit file history at the credit reference agencies.
Your first query related to the date of default shown for the above numbered mortgage account. You say that Accord was included within the bankruptcy but I must inform you that it is the lender’s responsibility to apply for inclusion within a bankruptcy order. It is not Accord Mortgages policy to make such applications, it relies upon its ability to enforce its security as a secured lender. As a result, as far as your mortgage account is involved, the date of default is the month when possession of the property was taken rather than the date of bankruptcy.
Regarding the status of the mortgage account on the credit reference agency records I have checked these and confirmed that they are showing that the account is closed. However, as the monies received on the sale of the property did not cover the amount of the debt on the mortgage there is still an amount owed in respect of this account.
Could someone please tell me what the next action I should take is?
Many thanks
Kerry
