hi had valuation on our house at 250000 to send to or.our mortgage is 237000 and a secured loan for 24000 so in negative equity.can someone tell me if this should mean that the or will let us buy the interest back and so they have no further interest in our house thanks

The OR should have not interest in the house, as long as your mortgage and secured loan payments are not considered excessive and are not £££ more than a similar rental in your area.
