Enforceable loan ?

Hi, have a loan with a major high street bank, basically due to error on their part I had to re-apply post agreemment and fax back agreement form as I was out of the UK. Subsequent to this I had to re-sign and re-send original copy as they had "misslaid it". The dates on my copy of the agreement are post the money being deposited into my account, also the agreement form state Consumer credit act 1974, Not 2006 (it was agreed in April 2009), should the new 2006 act and form not be used now ?? Any advice welcome. thanks !

nope - that was an addendum to the act. It is the CCA 1974.

Nothing wrong with things from what you've said. All perfectly above board.
    :o 2010 - year of the troll :o
