SOA - Question

My OH, who has been on the sick, so does not have an IPA at the moment will be starting work again soon. We will need to inform the OR and do a new SOA. Following a rough year he is living with his mam in her spare room, so i'm a little confused how his SOA would look. Does he put 1 adult and just the board he pays his mam, (he's paying nothing at the moment as he has nothing) what about amounts under gas/elec etc. Or does he need to include his mam as another adult in the house and list amounts for most categories?:confused::confused:

Hope this makes sense...

thank you :D

  • Giving a bump really but...
He has to inform the OR within 21 days of any changes, i would guess they would send him forms for a new SOA

the SOA's I have seen on here where people have been at home have just had their contribution to thing on.. like say Board including bills at £400pcm then personal expenses like travel, dentist, food, clothes ect ect..

He should just put the amount that he pays to his mum, This should be a reasonable amount plus his own personal expenses. What nm has put would seem reasonable to me. The OR may write to his mum just asking her to confim what he is paying her
