Hi all,
I have 3 CCJ's that I make make monthly payments on. The payments go to Barclays Consumer Finance Collections and Recoveries. I noticed from my experian credit report that one of these should end this month. I tried to ring the phone number on the original paperwork this morning to confirm this and the subsequent cancellation of the existing standing order payment and received an error tone on the phone. I've searched on the web for contact details and can't find a reference to this department, I've even used the site map on the Barclays websites to try and find it. No joy. Does this mean that the department has changed its name, or has ceased to exist? If so, what should I do about my existing arrangements with them?
Thanks in anticipation.

Phone Barclays themselves - I had the same problem not too long ago, and therefore phoned Barclays (as the original creditor) who were able to advise me where the debt had been sent. One would assume that their records on such matters are up-to-date.0
