I had a similar problem with Argos for a normal order not a sale order. It would just go to a blank screen everytime i went on the argos site from my laptop! It was ok on our Pc or sons Laptop which all have different IP addresses i think my DH said. EMWEAVER Have you tried clearing your Cookies and even re setting your IP address?? It may help.......

Hi, I received my order today - ordered at 4.20am on Thursday morning. All present and correct although I'll have to return the slide I ordered as it is the same one we already have, I thought it looked bigger in the web picture. Does anyone know the procedure for returns, I see on the website it says they may charge for uplifts of courier deliveries? Thanks.

Never used them online before but to be honest, im sure when you tell them that the slide is not the same slide as on website they shouldnt charge you for return! :rolleyes:

i have the same problem i ordered the slide thinking it was bigger as the picture showed but too small for my lil one. Anyone know whats the procedure if they show the wrong picture . thanks

On closer inspection it appears that on the Sainsburys website the slide shown in the picture doesn't correspond with the description. I have looked at the Little Tykes website and the picture shown (on Sains) seems to be "Giant Slide Evergreen" rrp £90 and not Junior Slide it describes. Has anyone else ordered assuming they are ordering as per the photo?
