And if I really were an angel, I'd float over your bed
Each night a different dream of me I'd plant inside your head
And if I were an angel, I tell you what I'd do
I'd appear in a vision and I'd give my wings to you

Is anyone staying up till midnight in the slight hope that the toys all miraculously come back in stock but the prices don't update to full price?

(Or is it just me?) :o:D

Last year I am fairly sure that a couple of weeks after the first half price sale there was another just the same 1/2 price again. Does anyone else remember this?

Yeah, I was only saying to my mum this morning that I think I remember Sainsburys having two 1/2 price events. Lets hope so eh!

Ooh, I hope so. I was online as soon as the sale started but had no end of trouble trying to pay. By the time it was all sorted everything I wanted had gone out of stock.

Was too late for anything:( however..don't know if it will help anyone but it's worth me posting here hopefully.I found Baby Chou Chou make me Better Doll online at play for £17.99 today. You pre-order it and it is on release from the 6th.
I posted this doll on seperate thread earlier today with link. Hope it helps someone who might be in need (given it's about £30 in some other places) and apologies coz I know this thread is to do with Sainsbury's!

I think they might say that they just jumped the gun getting stuff back on, it was never a clearance sale, just a 1/2 price toy sale for a few days, the new stuff back on clearly doesn't have the 1/2 price label on them and it is less than 6 hours before it ends.

Bit gutted I never got anything I was after, certain toys don't seem worth their RRP - The Playmobil Pyramid certainly seems one of them. Thirty quid seems a far more reasonable price.

My 10 year is 'into' anything Egypt/Pyramids etc & saw this Playmobil set but even at £30 I feel it's not worth it unless it looks a lot better than in the Boots catalogue!

I did manage to get a few toys yesterday & today, spent less than £6 yesterday & just over £8 today but in total got 22 little presents/stocking fillers so rather happy about that!
2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,

I looked at it in toysrus and it didn't seem to bad as I say for about 30 these days but nowhere near the 60rrp.

My eldest is well into ben 10 and we got him the Kevin 11 car and it's sooooo flimsy, no way worth 30, we did get it in the tesco sale for 20 and that's just about pushing it.
