Business Insurance while Bankrupt

Hi everyone,

Not sure if anyone can help or advise.

Obviously as a bankrupt you can not operate as a director or financial controller of a business, however you can continue to work as a sole trader self employed.

BUT... I am trying to set up a Public liability insurance and cant take out the policy due to being bankrupt.

Is there any companies out there that offer insurance to BR people????

I have just got PLI for my work as a musician, all fees had to be payed up front also all my gear is insured. So what's different about me? I mean I'm BR too. My pal used his CC to pay them, nothing was said, apart from "Pay us up front"
