Hi guys,
Been reading a lot of posts here and appears that many posters are voluntary handing their keys to lenders?
Is this better than included it in the B- have i missed something.
I am in about 5 months arrears, with overdue service charges and work to be done on flat.
Its not in negative equity as I had about £15k deposit in property but this was from a loan which is now outstanding?
Any advise would be greatly recieved
thanks
