Hi guys,
I am in the process of going B.
For the last months I Have managed to battle through all the negatives and fears i.e loosing my home, living beyond my means and credit rating that i suffered for years trying to maintain.
The worse that could happen really now is loosing my job, I know from helpful posts here that OR may not inform employee but i work for an insurance company selling pensions.
I know that the company is FSA regulated but as a person selling i dont know if that bars me from continuing in my job. I cant see anything in my handbook that says i cant carry on my job if I am declared B. Although there is something saying that i should discuss with manager/HR if i feel there is anything that will embarress the company such as B. This is really vague for me?
I really want to keep my livelihood as I feel that is all I have to keep me going and dont know if mentioning anything will bring unnecessary investigation and raise questions. Although I will feel very awful should my managers find out somehow.
Can anyone tell me specifically or point me in the right direction to find out whether i can carry on my role without mentioning my B?
Has anyone here worked in finance and continued to do so securely.
Any help would be much appreciated
Thankyou
