Buy to Let Mortgage allowing corporate let

Hi,
Does anybody know which companies offer Buy to Let Mortgages which allow letting to a company. I'm afraid I just found out too late that this is generally a restriction. Any info much appreciated. Many thanks.

What do you mean about corporate let, do you mean business premisis or do you mean letting out residential property to business clients for their employees??

If it's for business premisis HSBC do a flexible business loan that can be used for such reasons, if it's for the latter however I'm not too sure which companies don't have the restriction you are talking about. Try a good buy to let mortgage website such as themoneycentre.com for advice, I'm sure they'll be plenty of options!!

    Good luck.

    Hello Fitzy29,

Thank you for that - sometimes it's not until someone points it out that you see it's not clear.

I am looking for a BTL mortgage on a flat which I would like to rent to a company for its employees.

I haven't tried it before so I'll have a look at the moneycentre.com. Again, thank you.

I believe it would be of assistance to you if you took professional advice on this from a whole of market mortgage advisor. I do not know of any companies that specifically state this in their conditions but there again I've never had to look for it.
