Another cancellation on the cottage! Email states refund commenced, but why reinstate 1480 points to clubcard and £5 to credit card when I used £15 in clubcard vouchers?

you will have got 20points for the original transaction so the 1480 is the difference, happened to me last week as well so got to wait to spend them again now
