Hey everyone!
I was wondering if anyone can help on this. My mum wants to go bankruptcy but my father and my mother are separated and my father refuse to take her off the barclaycard and normal account. What happen when my mum files for bankrupty as if this take my father account my mum will be in big trouble with him as he has a bad temper.

hi she will be taken off the joint bank account. Is the barclaycard in her name and he is the second cardholder or the other way roundHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

If she is the additional holder of the credit card then it isn't her debt to pay and she can't be held responsible for it by the credit card company.0
