will the official receiver want to come to my parents house where I live and check that what fixtures and fitting I have are correct in my bankruptcy petition.


I have in my Room


1 CRT TV worth £50.00 about 10 years old
1 Digital box worth £20.00
1 Bed


clothes like 2 pair of trowses 6 jeans 15 t shirts 5 shirts 1 pair of shoes and 4 trainers 1 boots 20 pair of socks on the insolvency website where I filled my forms in it did not have a space for clothes by I have added it any way to this list

    Some one just told me that they can take a interest in what you have but i guess it would have to be expensive to make them want somthing from you.

    I should have listened to what the CAB told me and they said that they would not be bothered about what I have. Do not even have a carpet on my floor because I can not afford it

    I answered this on your other thread but you didn't need to list any of the things you did on your forms as the OR will not consider any of those things as assets.

    Well I do not drive and I do not have a car so I must be asset less

    Five year plan


    I am lucky I live with my parents and there house is there house and they will not even put me in a will because of how I am about money not very good at all.

    Sorry to hear of your plight. As you have so very little how is it you need to go bankrupt. I would have thought you would be surrounded by luxury items. Just curious.
