Surplus seafood - recipes?

I went to the fishmonger's yesterday planning to get a few bits to attempt a seafood linguine. However I think I got a bit too much and paid a whopping £7 so want to make it stretch as far as possible. Trouble is I've never cooked shellfish before so am a bit at a loss!
Today I will attempt a seafood linguine so any tips on how to make the sauce would be fantastic. And any ideas for dishes to make with the surplus would be good!
I have 4 scallops (for the linguine)
prawns
mussels
2 oysters
crayfish tails
For the linguine sauce I was thinking of reducing some chopped tomatoes with pletny of garlic and basil until it's nice and thick and sweet. Then do I just add the seafood and simmer gently for 3-4 minutes? Would that cook it enough without over-doing them? Or should I fry them first or something?
Clueless!

Obviously the oysters will be, but apart from that, is everything else cooked or uncooked? Either way,I certainly wouldn't fry everything first or they'll be like rubber.
You could make a seafood risotto with anything of the seafood you don't use or add some chicken and peppers to make a paella.0 -
Everything is uncooked.
OH refuses to eat risotto, grrrr, otherwise I would love to do that. We don't eat meat apart from fish (lapsed veggies) so that rules out the paella.
I like the idea of a seafood chowder maybe. Would that work with what I have or is it better with bits of haddock etc in it?2015 wins: Jan: Leeds Castle tickets; Feb: Kindle Fire, Years supply Ricola March: £50 Sports Direct voucher April: DSLR camera June: £500 Bingo July: £50 co-op voucher0
