Free Retro football shirt with Phillips products

I saw a display in Woollies for Philips batteries, it says buy 12 packs and you can claim a free retro football shirt. The batteries were on offer for 3 packs for a £5 so for looks like a good deal to me for £20 you get 12 packs of batteries and a free shirt.
It said to refer to leaflet but there were none on the display and the Philips website is a bit unclear about it so a bit more research needed before taking the plunge.

Just looked at the site and all you need to do is download a claim form from the site and complete it and include your original till receipt with the form and send it off and they will send your shirt out within 28 days
