in the last 3 weeks since we first tried to remortgage but due to !!!! up by credit card company making our credit report show low score & added in us being delcined have they all gone up again
first rate we found was only 4.78% then went to 4/94% but i see today& only 3 weeks later it's now 5.08%
am i missing something

low rates have been withdrawn by most banks.If you put in an application at the time that the lower rates existed and if you have a decent relationship with the mortgage advisor of the bank you may still be able to get an old rate.Not sure what you intend to do about the low score though.'You see the coefficient of the linear is juxtapositioned by the haemoglobin of the atmospheric pressure in the country..c'mon gajive join the party' :dance:0

Rates are generally going up around the world - most lenders have been borrowing at low rates on overseas markets (mainly Japan allegedly), now that's drying up. Bank of England rate doesn't mean a great deal - even though it's been steady for some time now, savings and loan rates have been dropping, now they're going the other way,0
