My 1st Missed payment

Just been watching shackleton on TV brings back a few memories i was on HMS Endurance having spent alot of time in the Antarctic. During and prior the Falklands War , it was during the war having spent 4 months at sea when we had mail and i had my 1st missed payment i consequently sent mastercard a letter reason why my paymnet was late hoping to get charges bank . They didnt care and still charged me for missed payment.

Afraid not a long time ago now. I used to send cheques . Wasnt just me that had a problem . probably everyone involved.
Wonder how our armed forces cope now0 -
They probably get paid by BACS direct into their account and have direct debits coming out.
