living expenses are not an asset, but i have to admit 4k may take some justifying, but is doable.
But the only example i can think of was the need to rent, and it was the bond/deposit/x months rent up front to secure the rental
Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….
