looks like things are finally moving. advice please???

Hello to all, things have finally started to move along. This morning O.H and I have received letters from Max recovery.
They all say as follows:-
We are required to send statements in compliance with the consumer credit act 1974 until such point that there are no sums payable under your agreement and no sums that will become payable. It is a legal requirement to send you this statement even if your payments under a payment arrangement with us are up to date.
It says date of previous statement was 01/10/2008 which I have never received unless it went to DFD at the time of the IVA.
What do these letters mean and what is best to do now. OH thinks to get in touch and offer something at least until all the others follow which they surely will.
Any advice greatly received and thankyou in advance.

We stopped paying into the IVA in January and DFD said they were going to fail it after 3 missed payments and talks with them and we have heard nothing since these letters today.:rolleyes: Money Talks ...but all mine ever says is Goodbye! :rolleyes:0
