Hi all
I'm looking for a cheap laptop. Nothing fancy, but fairly modern spec/small etc.
I need a DVD/CD writer in it, floppy and modem. Want to be able to copy (backup) discs and watch films while on train etc.
I'm guessing around £300-£400.
Any suggesstions welcomed.
Cheers Dave

You won't get anything new and modern for that price. You may find older refurbished laptops but these often seem overpriced to me. Put your budget up to £500 and you will have options (for instance Comet have 2 options at this price).0
