Hi,
I have been researching different sites and have come across HSBC at 4.89% which is linked to the baseline so could go up to much higher! It is also fixed for 5 years.
Does anyone know of any other products that would avoid the uncertainty and with a decent rate?
Thanks

If its base rate variable mortgage be wary. Although the rates will probably not go higher than 2% in the next three years you'll fee every increase in that time in the pocket.jules0581dancing wrote: »Hi,
