Can someone help me out to find cheap shoes....I was going to try priceless but the reviews aren't good so decided against it....
Need some black boots desperately as my feet seem to have shrunk and the ones I wore last year are too big now and I get very blistered and bruised feet when wearing them.....
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Try Clarks online, they have a sale on at the moment. The shoes can be delivered to your nearest Clarks shop, so that you can try them on first, with no obligation to buy if they are unsuitable. I've had two pairs recently, absolute bargains, end of line, I suppose. Who cares, they are terrific shoes. Worth a look, perhaps.0

Thanks will do, they may not have boots in the sale but as you say always worth a look....0 -
Shudoo have a 20% off offer on at the moment, not sure if I'm allowed to post codes anywhere but the discount code boards without getting the site into trouble, but the code is on there.
If your boots are leather, they will have given over time- it could be as simple as the leather having given that bit too much, you get used to it if you had been wearing the boots for a while, but just utting them on out of the blue would notice
Or you may have lost alot of weight- and your feet gone down a half size.
Either way, I'd double check your shoe size in a store first as it may be different.0 -

Does anyone measure your feet anymore?
I don't think these ones have given, I did wear them in the summer given the useless weather we had here but my feet are sliding back and forth hence the brusing and blisters...I have lost a bit of weight in the last six months so maybe that is it....
I do wish shoe shops would still measure feet...
Checked out shudoo but all the black boots are £70 or over which is a bit out of my price range....0 -
Hi I know that Clarks always measured your feet for new footwear, in our local shop, no matter what age you are, not just for children. My husband and I went shopping one day to a shopping centre which sells Clarks shoes much cheaper and boots and slippers sandals etc. You bought two pairs and got a third pair free so I was delighted with my bargains, and the shoes werre perfect. I don't know if there are similar places like that(N/Ireland) I do hope you manage to buy a pair so all the best with your shopping.xDo a little kindness every day.;)0

Took the words out of my mouth! (or hands- as the case may be!) Clarks do measurements, also if you visit most stores, they will let you try on several pairs of shoes to find the best fitting pair.0 -
If the boots are still good, just try insoles, you can get normal, sheepskin fleecy ones and memory foam type, either that or a pair of thick socks.
If you still want new cheap shoes try peacocks, shoezone or diechman, all you have to do is make sure they fit and that they are made well, sometimes shoes are made just for fashion sake and not really made to last so always worth looking closely at them:hello: Hiya, I'm single mom, avid moneysaver and freecycler, sometimes  but definatly0 -
I agree with many other posters, go to Clarks. I like to have comfy feet so buy most of my shoes in Clarks. The only other shoes I buy I get from climbing shops as I do not rate the soles of the Goretex boots in Clarks, they don't last. If you order on line you can try them on instore, so order different sizes if you need to. I bought two pairs of sandals and got them delivered instore, saves on postage charges although if you spend over a certain amount they usually waive the charge. if you have a Clarks Factory shop you will also get shoes cheaper there, they probably have a list on their site.
I have found shoes in Diechman, Shoezone not to be of the best quality. The only things I buy from there are slippers and wellies for my kids, they go to Clarks for their shoes and trainers.
Alot of the cheaper shoes are not made of leather so your feet sweat, and cut into your feet. I'd rather pay a wee bit more and have comfy feet.0 -
Just had a look at Clarks sale, but of course, no boots, sorry! Wrong time of year I suppose, spring would be better.0
