The Woolwich are offering a tracker which is 0.19% above Barclays base rate.
Barclays base rate is currently the same as the Bank of England, does anybody know if Barclays always keeps its base rate the same as the Bank of England, and are they likely to put it up once they have signed up enough new customers ?

Barclays Base Rate is their words for Bank Of England base rate - its value is that of BofE. It shouldn't be confused with their Standard Variable Rate which is their own rate and has a value different to BofE Rate and may change independantly of the BofE rate.0
