mortgage advice required...re libor deal

Hi

I am hoping that I will be able to get some mortgage advice. A few years back we were really struggling financially , our mortgage rate was over 9% with crippling payments. We struggled on and are beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel now...... we are out of our term now and are libor plus 2.5% My question is :- credit file has defaults that will all clear by June of next year. There are two small ccj 1. = 176 pounds and the other one is for 220 both satisfied in 2007 Due to our mortgage payments being low and no other debts to pay I am going to put extra money into a saving account and reduce the amount of mortgage so when we come to remortgage next year our ltv will also be better. At present house value 180,000 and outstanding mortgage 121500. Will the ccj's stop us getting a good deal next year ????

thanks. All mortgage payments have been made on time over the last few years. I know that missing just one payment shatters your credit file. i am going to sit tight as I think the libor will stay low enough for us to keep saving and see what next year brings. hopefully our ltv will be better also.......... no credit cards or loans to pay so hopefully credit file will have next to nothing on it apart from the settled ccj.s.......:j
