Apologies for not reading through all the posts to find this but in work and checking in periodically. Can anyone direct me to the start point of Bank Charges Reclaiming. Sorry but it would save me time, and possibly getting caught at work. Reading the points on here I want to try.

Am I ok to reclaim if I am with Payplan or should they do this for me?

they have a step by step guide, all the templates for each letter and an exellent forum for each bank where you can chart your progress and monitor others in their claims.

Well worth a look.

They would be able to answer any queries re:payplan etc better on there

A couple of people have asked about claiming whilst on Payplan on the CAG forums.

You can do it yourself, but I'm not sure whether you have to put any of the refunded money into your Payplan or not.

The forums are very good but it does take a few days to get your head round how it works. The actual process is very simple though.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful so any questions you have (that aren't in the FAQS ) will be answered.
