I know exactly what you mean! I have £4 left to last me till payday but I will do it, as I am determined my overdraft is going to be below £600.I will also be able to take my virgin balance to below £500 as soon as I get paid, and it will start to feel like I'm nearly there then.I don't think I will be able to clear it in June as I had hoped, but it won't be far off it.
I so want to be debt free by 2007 I'm almost wishing the year away....

Well done Kev - feels good when you've risen to the challenge and achieved another goal.

Payday here too and transferred a £177 overpayment to my cc. Sometimes it feels a long wait to the next payday or cc payment, so I use that time to find ways of getting money in (on for £422 extra during June!) and I'm spending more time doing free things, which I never seemed to have the time for before...like gardening, walking, de-cluttering the house for car boot sale! Oh and coming on here of course!
    Back on the DFW Wagon:

    CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
    CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
    Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/18

Just a quick update, payday at midnight and ive spotted that me wages have been added so I ended the month with 1260 pounds after non spending any money since thursday (10 pound for pub quiz, came back (and still have) 12 quid on the side)
However im 80 quid down this month thanks to the day i had off for the interview that never was, but ebay and Lordi have swung the balance back in my favour

Also my only purchase (this hasnt registered with my bank) the bus tickets have gone up (pity the service never improves) so I bought 3 (i dunno why not 4)the day before the increase so that will save me a fiver and 2 trips into glorious Rotherham

Im going to try this week to spend nothing, my bus fares are taken care of, im still making sandwiches, the only obstacle is stopping in every night

    Willpower is needed :D

Good on you Kev. I too can't wait for payday but for reasons different now that I've had my lightbulb moment. I can't wait to pay a little more off the debts and see those balances coming down. Never thought I'd say things like that!

Good old Lordi eh? I never thought I'd see the day when a GWARalike band would make Eurovision, let alone win it.

As for staying in all week, you've always got us lot for company!

    Keep it up!
