Hello all, i have a lot of runner beans i got a few weeks ago which really need to be used up but not sure in what? any ideas? thanks! xx

i'm not a big fan of runners but i do actually love them if almost raw in a hot stirfry! yum
they do freeze well, as a kid i remember topping and tailing chopping and laying out on trays runners from my grandads alotment ready for open freezing. we used also do them with one of them tools that you push them through and you get really fine strands of runner bean - never did know what it was called :rotfl:0 -
