This is a banner at the top of www.magazine-group.co.uk I haven't put the direct link to the entry form page because it seems to have some affiliate code in it which MSE doesn't like.
On the comps page:
A whole page of t+cs at a link at the bottom of the entry page (when I try to insert the link here it replaces it with loads of !!!!!).
On the comps page:
Autobulbs Direct have teamed up with Apple Cars to give one lucky winner the oppurtunity to win the effortlessly cool Fiat 500 POP, this little fashion icon has become the hottest thing on four wheels, the Fiat 500 has all the retro charm of the 1970's original along with the cutting edge technology of today.
You just seem to have to put in your email address to be entered. It asks for three friends' emails, but I didn't bother putting any thing there and it still said that I'd been entered.A whole page of t+cs at a link at the bottom of the entry page (when I try to insert the link here it replaces it with loads of !!!!!).

To stand a chance you will have to enter friends details and ensure they visit the site - see T&C extract below...
[and once you have done three friends you get option to add more etc etc......]
T&C Extract
a) Time Limited Competitions: Time Limited Competitions will close on the date specified. The Winner will be chosen from the top 50 referrers of the competition.
b) Top Referrers: The top referrers is calculated by an algorithm that is calculated from a scoring method linked to how many people that someone enters and how many of the people that they entered come back to the micro-site and enter.
In the event that one or more entrants are equally close to or exactly match the algorithm scoring then the winner will be chosen by promoters decision based a review of the data entered by the entrant
6. Storage: The Promoter will store the chosen prize free of charge until the agreed handover date has been arranged which will be done at AFC Bournemouth. The winner will be responsible for their own arrangements and cost of travel to collect the prize from AFC Bournemouth;)0 -
I hadn't read that far in on the Ts&Cs. It seems a bit weird.0

so basically they want us to give them all our friend's e-mail addresses, so they can send spam???
That's an interesting way to get around people being able to opt out of spam for themselves!0 -

terms.......... http://fiat500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!/terms.html
Please enter 3 friends below to be eligible to WIN this iconic Fiat 5000 -
Is this the same as this one? http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2030093&highlight=fiat
Looks the same when you click on the link but original source is different.
Terms are the same: you have to refer loads of friends and have them enter the comp themselves and then one of the top 50 referrers will be picked as the winner. You also have to collect from AFC Bournemouth (just down the road for me but could be a problem for some).
Anyway, what do others think, same or not?

nicanoo - I agree with you. It is identical. Both links lead to an identical comp., run by Autobulbs Direct. I think this comp. is being spread across the car magazine network. I will ask for a merge.
We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.0 -
Sorry about that.I searched but either I just missed it or the strange link messed it up.Cheers for the spot & merge.0
