Is it worthwhile getting mortgage cover? With Halifax at the moment and they just sent me cover notice which would bump up my monthly payment by another £30!

    Income protection cover

    Cover for what?

    Life cover, accident, sickness and unemployment, permanent health insurance, critical illness etc....

    I dont have the details to hand at the mo, but I think its mortgage payment cover already have life insurance cover. I'm on interest only mortgae paying £315, halifax offer will bump it up to £345.

    I'm also looking to change my mortgage, but only just started looking into this......
