I don't really have anything to gain and as the broker is married to the EA I don't particularly want to see a family go through trouble.
However, an apology and a realisation that we have have had a poor service would be nice.
Maybe some would say I should have gone to a broker who charges their clients but she is getting a very nice fat commision from the bank and so she should still ensure that we are happy.0
