Yes. It's beyond tedious0 -

Many times have I argued with the bulls on here (and believe me it is mainly the bulls at fault) - that there is no point in being fixed in a permanent viewpoint. But will they listen? No, they pursue their agenda, which is to inflate house prices beyond the reach of anyone under the age of 112, and an income of less then 2 million a year.
As a perfectly reasonable and open minded individual I am happy to discuss any facts which will allow bears and their children to one day buy a small house in Kent.0 -

For once I am in agreement <spit> with you. There is no need for 'sides' when we discuss these weighty matters. Economics transcends mere human boundaries, how can a mathematical fact be construed in terms of left / right, or bull / bear? The facts are simply facts - they hold no allegiance to one camp or the other.

Exactly - Hamish and his gang of split personalities dont add a lot to the forum. Apparently he was kicked off hpc. I can see why - he spams endlessly and cant back up any of his assertions, and in fact rarely bothers to even respond again in his own threads.
As this forum is barely moderated nothing happens. Which is why i'm going to call him a nob again with impunity.0 -

I like Hamish:o
He gets a tremendous amount of stick on here and generally takes it all in a very good natured way.
Bulls, bears. It is really quite irrelevant compared to what kind of person you are.Retail is the only therapy that works0 -
