Hi, worked for me, although i remember last time i did get a simillar error message but when i actually went to check out it had deducted the 20%, hth.
I ordered 2 sets and paid £40 instead of £50 plus free gift, hope it comes xx.

It deducted the 20% discount for me and also mentioned the free gift. Did you mean to write so large or is it for the members with bad eyesight.

Nails Inc have great colours but it has no staying power. I applied some at lunchtime, inc base coat, 2 layers and a top coat, and its badly chipped already. I have experience of this as I have bought several of the offer items (last time tho!) and took great care to try not to damage my nails - no luck.

Really? I use the red nails inc one that came free with a magazine a while ago and that has stayed on really well

I've now heard back from the sales rep re the free gift:

Hi xxxxxxxxx

I can confirm that you will be recieiving the free gift with your order – this is automatically added to your basket as stated on the checkout page.
However, I do not have a record of the free mini polish – this should be automatically added upon placing your first order after signing up. If you signed up in the middle of adding items to your basket then this would not have registered. it is an automated system and would only have worked if you signed up before adding any items to your basket. However this free polish will automatically be added to your next order with us.
