Morning Guys
Been helping my sister to sort her finances. Her son is disabled and on Income Support etc.
I drafted a letter for a full and final payment explaining basic details and this morning she has received a letter accepting the full and final payment of £200. The outstanding amount is £813-so thats 75% written off for her:D
She has to provide proof of her sons disability within 14 days, then confirmation of how payment is to be made etc will follow.
This was with Natwest.
Hope this helps someone.

Thanks for all the replies and nice comments:D
She is posting a copy of Sons proof of disablement today with a covering letter. How will she be able to pay the £200-could I pay on my debit/credit card?
Thanks again.
