found all the details thanks, but am a little concerned, it said 1504 points at the checkout but after I had paid it said 1004 ac points??? any idea? did this happen to you? Also is it normal that online points are only added when you use the acm?

Hmmm sounds like your code didn't get accepted at checkout, so give CS a call. The points from your order have to be added manually, by putting your card in the ACM instore. Points are usually ready for collection about 5 days after your order, but i've found at xmas it can sometimes take a little bit longer especially around the time of the bonus points events.

thank you, I rang and they were not sure i could use two lots of promotions, but eventually sorted it out manualy! anyone else had these problems?
