Kohinoor Basmati Rice - any good?

Its on special offer in tescos (7.99 BOGOF 5KG bag) - just wondered if it was any good before buying. the last bag of rice i got was lidls - it was ok but not as nice as the Tilda basmati - but this kohinoor one says its the biggest selling rice in india??
if its no good i will just buy a bag of tilda.

Kohinoor rice is good. Used to buy Lidl's and have tried Tesco basmati recently. Kohinoor is better than both. Long time since I've bought Tilda (v. expensive) so can't give a direct comparision.0

I find Indian grocery stores cheaper than Tescos, even with the BOGOFs. So if you have any near you, it may be worth paying a visit.0

I think asda have a 3kg bag of (some brand i've never heard of) Basmati at the moment, for £2.
