when i have loeft over roast dinner i normally mush it all up and make it into psaties... well this time i have a load left over. so i want to make pasties to go striaght in the freezer. it is a combination of roast chicken dinner that's goin in them. It was last nights tea and i'll be making them in the morning when i've picked up some flour for the pastry.
my question is... so that i;m not reheating the chicken filling too many times, is it best to freeze the pasties raw.... or to bake them first them freeze them??
thanks in advance for any advice!

hi there, i would freeze them uncooked - then you have no chance of reheating the chicken too much and poisoning yourself! Good luck they sound yummy! (post me some):DA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
