Early discharge letter

Hi People
I went bankrupt in Early May and have just received a letter from the OR regarding Early Discharge. I have filled the forms in and will be hand delivering them tomorrow because its taken 9 days to get here and for me to fill it in. I'm still not great with letters but at least i open them now!
My question is this and it might seem simple, but what does early discharge actually mean in a practical sense, as i don't want credit again, well maybe a mortgage in a good few years. And to be able to get public liability insurance, any advice from anyone thats done this would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Andy

If you don't have a surplus income IPA it means you no longer have to tell the OR of any changes in income. Also the restrictions of BR are lifted. In essence it won't really change much though.
Please do remember though ED is not a given. If the OR's office is busy it is low priority and can get put to the bottom of the pile so you may end up going the full whack any way.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
