hi everyone,
I've lurked about this forum for just over a year now, I went BR in Oct 2008 and I'm now discharged! Id just like to thank those people who helped me with advice on this forum, it really helped.

and if can I'll try to return the favour to those going through the same.
Anyone know the best place to start rebuilding the credit file? Do you have to wait for it all the go through to the credit reference people?

There is a sticky for rebuilding your credit file in the forum listings.

Give the creditors a month or two to notify the CRA's of any changes. Then ask for your files from them and check them.
There is a sticky at the top of the board on how to do this.
