i have a hearing at the high courts of justice in nov and hmrc are going to make me bankrupt do i HAVE to attend?

i have a joint mortgage with my now exwife on my home and her parents
home too.
There is no or very tiny equity in my home and negative on the ex inlaws so will they make me sell them?0 -
