Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j
  • I went to the Wheatley (Oxford) store last night and no sign of this offer, only an offer for £15 a litre.
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that who cares? He's a mile away and you've got his shoes.

i spoke to a member of the staff and she said the local council sets the rules, I knew about the 10 - 10 rule but thought that still did not apply to a sunday, explains when I went to my local glasgow branch at 1230 and shelfs were half empty. Boo south lanarkshire council making us poor people wait.
